
Struggling to make a consistent pour-over coffee at home? Unsure which pour-over brewer is right for you? Join our Barista Instructor for a hands-on workshop to explore different pour-over brewers and learn how to achieve the perfect pour-over coffee.
This workshop is designed for amateurs and coffee aficionados alike. Students will learn the importance of brew ratios, grind size, brew time and temperature, and how each of these factors affect your pour-over.
This course takes place in our classroom, where students will work with several specialty coffees and have the opportunity to work a Kalita Wave, Hario V60, and Kono Dripper. Together as a class we will analyze to coffee produced and discuss extraction principles and possible pitfalls.
