Looking to pull a shot of espresso like the pros?
School of Coffee’s Beginner Barista class is designed for coffee aficionados, amateur baristas, and anyone new to working with espresso extraction. This 1 day crash course covers the basics of operating an espresso machine and best practices for brewing espresso and steaming milk. In a broad sense students will learn about how coffee gets from farm to cup and how to produce high quality espresso and milk beverages.
*Note: this course does not cover the topics of latte art nor cafe operations. Please refer to our Intermediate Barista (2 Day) course for these topics.*
