Chasing a great cup of coffee in the morning? Looking to understand the differences between brewing methods? Curious about how your coffee gets produced? Join our Barista Instructor for a tour of our roasting facility and a sensory workshop to learn how to improve your at-home experience.
This workshop is designed for amateurs and coffee aficionados alike. Students will learn how coffee gets from its country of origin to their cup, how to get the most out of an automatic coffee brewer and have to opportunity to explore three additional ways to brewing a great cup at home.
Students will participate in a hands-on brewing workshop utilizing several pieces of industry standard equipment such as; an Automatic Brewer (MOCCA MASTER), French Press (YAMA), Pourover (KALITA WAVE), and Aeropress. Together the class will explore flavor, aroma, body, and clarity of each brew method and discuss best practices and ways to troubleshoot common problems.
